The Betty Guereta Gallery was established in 1990, founded with a passion for modern and contemporary art. Over the years we have built our reputation by carefully selecting works of the highest quality from prominent artists both nationally within Spain and internationally. The gallery has played an important role in shaping some of the most notable art collections in Spain, utilising our expertise to ensure the authenticity, provenance and impeccable preservation of the artworks.

Alongside maintaining our own collection, we have also acted as intermediaries between collectors, galleries, dealers and auction houses. In recent years, we have expanded our services to include a boutique advisory offering, encompassing not only the aforementioned aspects but also approaching collection curation as a comprehensive analysis of the global market at any given moment.

We have previously curated significant exhibitions in intimate settings, such as ‘Miró Sculpture’, ‘Millares’ or ‘Antonio López’. Working predominantly in a personal and private environment, we provide a tranquil setting for art appreciation that fosters conversations around the artwork itself. In doing so, we also create a welcoming and trustworthy space for our clients.

Today, we are pleased to continue this exciting journey with the same enthusiasm as we started in 1990. Last year, Betty Guereta co-founded Soup Gallery in South London alongside Hector Campbell. An independent commercial gallery in Elephant & Castle that aims to present ambitious exhibitions of emerging and early-career artists, offering many artists long-overdue solo exhibitions and attention.
